PAYMENT

Payment takes place through PayPal BEFORE any artwork has been made. I will invoice you.

Payment is due in full upfront for any commission equal to the amount agreed for the service.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

​

• Please include: Twitch username / name, any visual references, a description and your PayPal email (used to send invoice). The more information that is included will streamline he design process for a faster turnaround.

​

• The prices outlined in the pricing tab are a fixed for: emotes, panels and channel point icons. As are the overlays: be right back, offline, afk and intermission. 

 

• The prices outlined for: Subscriber badges, bit badges and logos. Overlays: Starting soon, stream maintenance and stream ending screens and overlays. The pricing for these depends on the complexity and scope of each individual project.

Commissions are only denied if they are beyond my design capabilities or I'm unavailable to commit due to scheduling conflicts.

Please keep in mind my style of work before placing a commission!

• Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colours). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the project there will be additional charges depending on the number of changes.

CREDITS

I have permission to post the finished product on my social media and website unless asked otherwise. 

Final products will be for Personal / Twitch use only.

I have the right to deny a request If I am not feeling comfortable with its content or if it goes against Twitch's TOS. Readable here: Twitch's Emote Guidelines.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

​

Order cancellations accepted. Cancellation before work commencement full refund. Once the work has commenced 50% of the payment will be refunded.

NDA WORK

​

Any work commissioned under an NDA will be posted on my portfolio page once the Client has publicly posted the work commissioned.

• Hateful conduct - such as offensive slurs, symbols, stereotypes, and imagery

• Harassment, such as targeted insults, bullying, and threatening or inciting abuse

• Threats of violence, such as threats against others and threats of suicide

• Obscene content, such as extreme or gratuitous depictions of violence, blood, gore, severe injury, and death

• NSFW / Sexual content - such as depictions of sexual acts (sex, masturbation), arousal, gestures, aids, and attire

• Nudity, such as depictions and imitations of nude torsos, buttocks, genitals, and anuses.

• Illegal drugs, such as depictions or references to illegal drug use, drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

• Vulgarity, such as obscene or explicit words, phrases, and gestures

• Politics, including political phrases, symbols, and figures

• Animations, except as supported by Cheermote submissions.

USE

​

• Personal use and commercial use allowed. You may profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.​

• By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I relinquish the rights to my work, I will retain the rights to use any designs for promotional or portfolio materials and my own personal use. 

• You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.​

• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

Order Cancellations: In the event that an order needs to be canceled before its date of receipt or any work has been started 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 

​

Order Additions: In the event you’d like to add to an existing order there is a 10% surcharge to keep it in the same delivery window some exceptions may apply depending on the size of the additional project items or deliverables.
